A clear process
in five stages
You always know where your project stands. We work in five stages. Each one ends with something you can see and approve before the next begins.
01. Discover
We start with your goals, your users, your content and the systems you already run. Interviews, a look at competitors and references, and a technical review of what exists today. You get a sitemap, a functional scope and a platform recommendation, so we build the right thing the first time.
02. Design
We settle the structure before the surface: the information architecture first, then wireframes of the main journeys, then the interface as a set of reusable parts for desktop, tablet and phone. You approve real layouts before any production code is written.
03. Build
We develop the approved design and connect what it depends on: content management, payments, search, forms, CRM and outside services. The work sits on a staging site you can open at any time, and content is moved across and checked as we go.
04. Test & launch
Before release we test functions, forms, links, speed and behaviour across devices and browsers. Launch is a planned step, with redirects, a backup and a way back. Your team gets a handover session and can manage the content from day one.
05. Operate
After launch we host, update and secure what we build, watch how it performs and keep improving it. One partner stays responsible for the platform for as long as you need.
