Who we are
This website, tech-fly.com, is run by Tech Fly, NIPT L11904007C (“Tech Fly”, “we”), Sheshi Avni Rustemi 22/2, Tirana 1001, Albania. For anything about your data, write to [email protected] or call +355 68 402 6006.
What we collect, and why
When you write to us. The contact form, the project brief and the footer sign-up ask for your name, email address and whatever else you choose to tell us: company, country, phone, current website, budget, timeline and your message. We use these to reply to you and, if you become a client, to prepare and deliver the work. We ask for your consent on the form, and the message that reaches us records that you gave it.
We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.
When you browse. With your consent only, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies (_ga and related) and sends Google your approximate location, device type and the pages you open. Until you press “Accept” on the cookie banner, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can change your answer at any time through “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page (open them here).
What the site needs to work. Your light or dark setting and your cookie choice are saved in your own browser (local storage). They are never sent to us.
Server logs. Like every website, our server and our security provider record the address your request came from, the page asked for and the time. We use this to keep the site secure and working. Logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

Some of these providers process data outside Albania and the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on the safeguards their own terms set out, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client correspondence is kept for the life of the project and for as long afterwards as accounting and tax law requires. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw a consent you gave, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner of Albania (idp.al).
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
